Three former casino workers at the Cincinnati Horseshoe were indicted this past week for alleged cheating.

A table supervisor, former dealer and two others were among those charged in a $25000 mini baccarat scam. A craps dealer and one other individuals were indicted in a $96000 scam in which the dealer allegedly added chips to the other suspect’s bets according to Court documents.

The indictment comes after an investigation that began in 2014, when commission agents first learned of the scheme.

Andrew Grzelewski was the table supervisor named in the complaint with Thomas Coffey as his accomplice.

Officials claim that Grzelewski, a table games supervisor, would place a predetermined sequence of cards into a deck before signaling Coffey, a dealer at the casino, when the deck was ready.  Coffey would then know the outcome of the game and proceed to place large wagers on the hands before they were dealt.

Craps dealer Gemini Isham was indicted on three separate gaming charges, according to the commission.
