Talk about a costly mistake.

The newly opened Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati inadvertently rewarded two lucky individuals $1 million. There was only supposed to be one winner.

Kevin Lewis collected his prize and met with the media after participating in the $3 Million Summer Giveaway promotion.

One small problem, wrong Kevin Lewis.

It turns out there were two Kevin Lewises taking part in the promotion.

"This was our blunder," said Horseshoe Cincinnati Senior Vice President and General Manager Kevin Kline. "So, consistent with our commitment to do the right thing for our guests, Horseshoe awarded a $1 million dollar prize to each of the men."

Moral to the story, it pays to be named Kevin Lewis.
