You can bet the Super Bowl online from Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska and the Dakotas from a number of fine international websites, some of which have been in business for close to two decades now. Simple gambling is considered a misdemeanor in each of these states though Oklahoma, Kansas and North Dakota make aggravated gambling a felony. The later applies primarily to bookies operating in these states.
