Vikings - Saints

What’s everyone betting on early for Week 1 of the 2010 NFL regular season?  The three most popular games are the Vikings – Saints, which goes off Thursday night; the Packers – Eagles game and the Colts – Texans according to BetUS.com (see odds here).

The OVER 48 in the Vikings vs. Saints game was also getting tremendous amount of action.

These three games will be the most monitored by the online sportsbooks heading into Thursday and Sunday, respectively.

Bookies will want covers for Minnesota, Philadelphia and The Texans.

Gambling911.com monitoring reveals that both Green Bay and Indianapolis were getting 95 percent or greater of the action in their respective games.

The Packers continued to be listed with a -3 point line at BetUS.com with only a half point move to -2 ½ noted in recent days at some competing sportsbooks.

Indianapolis was the -2 ½ road favorite with the line originally opening at -3.

The Saints were holding at -5.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?

Bet on Jared Verse Draft Position

Jared Verse had an over/under selection number of 15.5 with CBS Sports believing the Florida State EDGE will be chosen by the Seattle Seahawks at No. 16.
