Tulsa vs. UTEP College Football odds opened at Tulsa -7.  Some recreational online sportsbooks have moved the line to -8 while nearly everyone had odds on this game at -7 ½ as of Tuesday afternoon including BetUS.com.  At least one "wise guy" shop had the line at -7.  A whopping 95 percent of the betting action was going Tulsa's way and this was the second most bet on team 36 hours prior to kickoff.
