When Tiger Woods announced plans to play golf in all the Majors tournaments of 2010, oddsmakers offered the prop bet on how many Majors Woods would win.  Little did we know that Woods promiscuous sex antics were to eventually result in zero Majors wins.  Not only that, he played like an amateur.

Manchester United needs Wayne Rooney to play well.  But he too is about to experience the “Tiger Woods treatment” it appears.  Rooney appears to have been a little bit more generous, forking over £1,200 per session with a girl named Jenny Thompson, who freely admits being a hooker.

For now, these are just Jenny’s allegations following an exclusive interview with the News of the World, a Rupert Murdoch paper.

Could Rooney suffer the same fate as Tiger?

His off-the-field antics are bound to cause distractions.

Currently, Manchester United is listed at 8/1 odds to win the UEFA Champions Leagueat BetUS.com.

“I would not want my money on Man United at this time,” remarked Alistair Prescott, the European Sports Analyst for Gambling911.com.  “Should this story have legs, it’s going to more than likely have an effect on Manchester United’s play for the next few weeks.”

The story broke during the early morning hours London time.

Ms. Thompson confessed, among other things: Wayne told us he'd never had a threesome before. He was shy and awkward - and me and my friend were left to do all the work.

"He didn't want us to put on a lesbian sex show, he was more into two girls pleasuring him at the same time. But it was all over far too quickly."

Prescott warns:  "It is never wise to bet futures on teams that have scandals.  This is why in the States, punters have shied away from betting on the Pittsburgh Steelers with a sex scandal surrounding their quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.  And it is why gamblers should never have bet Tiger Woods to win any Majors this year."

This could get very ugly.
