This is Flacco’s first Super Bowl.

Highlights of his post season performance thus far include a 12/23 for 282 yards and two touchdowns in a 24-9 win against the Indianapolis Colts.

On January 12, Flacco played one of the best games of his career, throwing for 331 yards and 3 touchdowns to beat Denver at home in double overtime by a final score of 38-35.

Flacco guided his team into Super Bowl 47 with a 28-13 win against heavily favoured New England.  Flacco recorded 8 touchdowns and zero interceptions. 

“There are a lot of different ways to lead, and the bottom line is it’s about motivating your players to get the best out of them and having the belief that you can go do it in any situation,” Flacco said heading into the Super Bowl.
