The Sunday Night Football game between the Patriots and Broncos would typically be among the most anticipated of any season, not so much this evening.  New England comes into Denver as a 7-point road favorite.

The Patriots will likely be among the most wagered on sides Sunday. They were seeing 65% of the action and some of the sharp books were moving to -6.5.  This is an indication that the books believe Denver will indeed cover Sunday night.  We would caution they could be a little more adventurous with their line movements following a stellar Saturday in College Football.

New England has won 11 straight road games in addition to having extra preparation time because it is coming off its bye.  They have failed to dominate against Denver, however, going 2-3 since 2014.  The Patriots beat the Broncos in Denver last season but lost on the road to them in two previous games.

Brock Osweiler will be back as starting quarterback for the Broncos Sunday night.

"Definitely sick and tired of losing," Broncos running back C.J. Anderson said. "There's a sense of urgency. We know what time it is. We have a chance to do something special.

"We have a chance to do something really special that only us in that locker room believe we can do. That's where it starts. If everyone can change their minds ... to believe that we can do it, we can definitely make it happen.

"We have the players to do it. We have the roster to do it. It's not like it can't be done or it will never be done. It's been done before with a lot of other teams with a lot less talent. We have the talent."
