Rams-49ers Thursday Night Football Betting Line – What to Bet

The Rams-49ers Thursday Night Football betting line had LA as a -2.5 favorite playing in San Francisco.

Rams-49ers Analysis

While the 49ers did get crushed at home versus Carolina in Week 1, they did hold Seattle to a measly 12 points on the road last week.

The Rams looked like a powerhouse in Week 1, scoring 46 points against Indianapolis and winning that game 46-9 before falling to the Redskins last week.

Head-to-Head Rams-49ers Series

This is a division matchup with these teams each meeting twice a year.  San Francisco has won six of the last nine meetings outright and three of their last four at home.  While the 49ers are not exactly the best team to bet on (and we won’t), it’s hard to put our money on the Rams under these circumstances either.  Instead, San Francisco should make for a decent play in a 6-point or greater teaser.

Trends to Consider with the Rams vs. 49ers

The Rams are 0-8-1 ATS in their last 9 vs. NFC.

St. Louis is 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games overall and 1-8-1 Against The Spread in their last 10 games following a ATS loss.

The 49ers are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 Thursday games and 1-7 ATS in their last 8 home games.
