PSG vs. Chelsea betting odds for Tuesday had PSG as a 4/6 favorite, Chelsea at 5/1 and Draw at 5/2.

PSG was seeing half the action and Chelsea was getting around 32 percent.

PSG have faced English clubs on 11 occasions in recent years, with just two wins to show for it.  Both of those victories were at home

Chelsea are the only English side to have beaten PSG, though this was back in 2004.
