The Patriots, after opening as +3 underdogs, had become a -1 point favorite to win Super Bowl 2015 as of this past Tuesday and this was common across the board.  Some books had moved down to a PICK’EM while others have hit New England -1.5 as of Thursday.  The Patriots were seeing just shy of 80% of the overall action in this game.

Patriots starting quarterback Tom Brady came forward to address the media on Thursday regarding claims that New England had altered the footballs during their Conference Championship matchup against Indianapolis.  There has been some suggestion that the Seahawks could enjoy a sort of fan advantage mimicking the home field due to the public’s disgust over this week’s scandal.

Brady though claimed not to have been contacted by the NFL about its investigation into underinflated footballs, adding: "I didn't alter the ball in any way."

During the just over 30 minute press conference, Brady detailed how he selected 24 footballs for referees to inspect before Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Colts.

"When I pick those footballs out, at that point, to me, they're perfect," he said. "I don't want anyone touching the balls after that. I don't want anyone rubbing them, putting any air in them, taking any air out. To me, those balls are perfect, and that's what I expect when I show up on the field."

This line was especially fluid.  Gambling911.com encourages its readers to lock in the best price here when it becomes available.
