The North Dakota State Bison stunned Iowa Saturday, leaving bookies in that region scratching their heads and in desperate search for a good Pay Per Head to help salvage their business.

Playing in the Missouri Valley, NDSU beat Iowa 23-21.

The Associated Press wrote:

The Bison did more than just beat Iowa from the big, bad Big Ten. They stood toe-to-toe with the Hawkeyes and outmuscled them in the trenches. It was North Dakota State's sixth straight victory over a team from the FBS.

The North Dakota State vs. Iowa game was listed as an Extra game with the Bison coming in at +14.5.

Iowa entered this game with 35-1 odds of winning the National College Football Championship game.
