The second week of the NFL preseason is normally the time when the starters for each team begin to play at least a quarter. There is one game on Thursday in Week 2 NFL preseason betting as the Jacksonville Jaguars visit the Chicago Bears on ESPN, a few games on Friday; a good slate of action on Saturday and then a couple of games on Sunday and then a Monday night game on ESPN as the Cleveland Browns visit the Washington Redskins.

The spotlight on Monday night will be on the Cleveland Browns and their quarterback battle as rookie Johnny Manziel is trying to win the job against Brian Hoyer.

The Washington Redskins are 3-point favorites on Monday Night Football.
