NFL Game Weather Forecasts 2016 Week 12, Latest Odds and the December Outlook

Unlike last week with strong winds expected for a handful of big games, Week 12 looks relatively tame.  In fact, there is sun and light winds anticipated for all non-dome games with temperatures above 40 degrees.

December Outlook

Beginning in Week 13 and the remainder of the regular season including the Playoffs one will want to pay special attention to the weather forecasts for potential snow but more so frigid December and January temperatures. 

Oddsmakers pay special attention to games played in cities such as Buffalo, Green Bay and Cleveland where warm weather teams like the Dolphins or Chargers or even those who typically play in domes are coming to town.  Also monitor strong winds that tend to result in less scoring (the UNDER).

Upcoming Games in Green Bay

Green Bay will host Houston in Week 13, however, temperatures are not likely to be subfreezing for this game.  Long range forecasts are calling for low 40’s or, in Green Bay this time of year, mild.

Week 14 has the Seahawks coming to town.  This is a team that is not used to frigid temperatures should such weather exists as we approach mid-December.

Dome team Vikings play in Green Bay in Week 16.

Upcoming Games in Cleveland

Pay special attention to Week 16 as the Chargers come to town and may not have much to play for.

Upcoming Games in Buffalo

The Bills will not be hosting any team at home during the month of December that is not already used to the freezing cold.

Of course there are other cold weather cities like New England, Pittsburgh, New York and Chicago to name a few so monitor closely as each game day approaches.
