September 19, 2016 – The line on the Monday Night Football matchup – Eagles vs. Bears – has remained steady all week at Chicago -3. Initially the number opened at Bears -1.5 and was apparently pounded by sharp action within the first 45 minutes of being posted, moving the line up 1.5 points. There was a very brief moment in which this number crossed over -3. Action was balanced though 75 percent of the money line bets were coming in on Philadelphia.
