Monday Night Football – Bears vs. Jets Betting Odds: Gino Smith Fantasy Outlook

Monday Night Football – Bears vs. Jets betting odds had New York as a -2.5 home favorite.  We also have your Gino Smith and Jay Cutler Fantasy outlook for this week.  All odds courtesy of AceSportsbook.com here.

The Bears come into this game 3-0 Against The Spread in their last three road games while the Jets are 3-1 ATS in their last four home games (4-0 Straight Up). That said, they are just 0-3-1 ATS vs. teams from the NFC North.

Overall, Chicago has struggled Against The Spread, going 6-16-1 ATS in its last 23 games.

For Fantasy players, Jets starting QB Gino Smith is not viewed as having significant value in Week 3.

From ESPN.com:  “Even facing a subpar Bears pass defense that lost CB Charles Tillman for the year, the Jets likely will try to pound the football on the ground, leaving the erratic Smith as nothing more than a desperation fantasy QB2.”

Chicago Bears starting quarterback Jay Cutler will face a Jets team that has yielded the second-most fantasy points to opposing arms over the first two weeks. Cutler should be able to take apart the Jets' secondary Monday night.
