2014 Michigan Wolverines Offense: The team will have a new offensive coordinator this season in Doug Nussmeier. He should do a much better job with the talent he has at his disposal than his predecessor. The offensive line has to be improved as they were one of the worst in the nation a year ago. Devin Gardner returns at quarterback and he is joined by running backs Derrick Green and De’Veon Smith. There are some concerns at receiver but the philosophy of this offense will be to run the ball first.

2014 Michigan Wolverines Defense: Somehow the defense kept the team in games last season and it should be even better this year. The defensive line returns starters Frank Clark and Brennen Beyer along with Chris Wormley, Mario Ojemudia and Taco Charlton. There is a lot of talent at linebacker with three returning starters in Jake Ryan, James Ross and Desmond Morgan. And the secondary brings back starting corners Blake Countess and Ray Taylor along with starting free safety Jarrod Wilson. And the team will get five-star recruit, cornerback Jabrill Peppers.

2014 Michigan Wolverines Outlook: The pressure is really on Brady Hoke this season to deliver after two disappointing seasons. There is some talent on both sides of the ball so if Nussmeier can turn the offense around and get Gardner to avoid making mistakes there is hope for the team to make some noise in a very competitive Big Ten in 2014.

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
