Call it the Ndamukong Suh effect but his 2-game suspension has resulted in the Lions vs. Saints betting line moving from -4 to -9 at some spots

.

Suh was suspended without pay by the NFL for stomping on the arm of Green Bay Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith in a nationally televised Thanksgiving Day game.

Suh wll miss the Lions’ games at New Orleans on Sunday night and home against Minnesota on Dec. 11. He will not be paid until he is reinstated Dec. 12, which will cost him $164,000.

The initial line on this game was -4 without official word of the punishment that would be lodged against Suh.

In both 2008 and 2009, New Orleans crushed Detroit by 35 and 17 points, respectively, but this is a different Lions team even without Suh in the lineup.

The video betting preview for this game appears below…
