The Lions vs. Raiders line had Detroit a -1 point road favorite.  85 percent of those betting the spread were backing the Lions.  Gambling911.com has determined this line to be right on the money.

The Lions are just1-8-1 Against The Spread in their last 10 games as a road favorite.  The Raiders are 14-4 ATS in their last 18 games following a ATS loss but are also 5-15-1 ATS in their last 21 games as a home underdog of 0.5-3.0.

Tony Bryant of BetOnline.com was quick to note:  “While the Lions should benefit from the return of (Ndamakong) Suh, they are still traveling to the west coast where they will face a tough rushing offense, something they have struggled against all year.”
