While yet another primetime NFL game is set to be played between two subpar teams hardly worthy of the spotlight this season, the Jaguars-Titans Thursday Night Football game could prove to be pure gold for sports gamblers.

Primetime NFL Ratings Have Fallen Off a Cliff
Monday Night Football in particular has seen a drastic slide in its ratings, mostly a result of disappointing matchups that have garnered little interest among fans and gamblers alike (though the later group might be more prone to watch).
There has been a 24 percent decline for Monday Night Football since last year. The Thursday package is down 18 percent, while the Sunday prime-time package is off 19 percent.
“Everyone has theories,” Goodell said prior to this past Sunday Night Football game between the Seahawks and Cardinals that ended in a 6-6 tie.
We’ll know soon enough if more attractive matchups can draw more of an audience as the Cowboys are set to take on the Eagles this Sunday night.
