Italian Serie A 2011-2012 – top goalscorer odds were available at 888Sport.com. Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic were both listed as 8-1 favorites. (888.com Italia)
Cavani is credited with helping Napoli move into the Champions League. The concern is that, in past years, Cavani was hardly as prolific. Whether his 26 goals of last year were a fluke or not remains to be seen.
Ibrahimovic is the Swedish footballer who plays as a striker for Serie A club Milan. He twisted his ankle a few weeks ago but was declared fit to play to start the new season.
