The FSU Seminoles had odds of winning the 2014 BCS Championship set at 16-1.  They had the 5th shortest odds of any other College Football team heading into 2013.  Betting was available at Sportsbook.com, where you can claim your FREE $100 with no rollover requirement here.

FSU is a favorite to win OVER 10 games during the regular season with a price of -140.  The UNDER was priced at +110.  There is actually some value in the OVER despite the high price tag.

From Scout.com:

The team will be much better if ... it begins tipping the turnover scale in its favor. The Seminoles finished remarkably well in the standings, considering they ranked an unacceptable 93rd nationally in turnover margin. They were a mediocre 58th in takeaways, and 96th in turnovers. The 2012 edition of Florida State, with a veteran at the controls of the offense, was able to overcome a high level of generosity. The 2013 squad, though, may not be as fortunate, as a new man behind center gets broken in.

The key game here will be against Clemson on October 9 but there are other games that could give FSU fits.

The final week’s game against Florida will take place on the road in Gainesville and the atmosphere will be hostile for sure.

Outside of Clemson, Florida is the only other test the Noles should face.

We should note that Clemson and Florida each have 25/1 odds of winning the BCS Championship.
