Eagles-Bills Betting Odds

The Eagles-Bills betting odds were listed at -2.5 in favor of the visiting Philadelphia Eagles.  Had Buffalo not lost their game against Cincinnati, we would probably be looking at the Bills being favored.

Tony Bryant of BetOnline.com writes:

“For all of the talk about a potential “Dream Team” in Philadelphia, perhaps it was the expectations that were too high for this team. The Eagles have a ton of talent at the skill positions, but where they are lacking is at the frontlines and in the trenches, where too many games are won and lost. That is where the Bills have found their improbable success early on this year, who now look to bounce back after their first loss of the season.”

Bryant  also notes:  “Philadelphia’s defense has yet to prove that they can slow opponents down on the ground, and if they can’t hold up against Jackson and company in Buffalo, then the Eagles’ fans will be in for another long.”

The Eagles are 1-7 Against The Spread in their last 8 games as a favorite.

The Eagles are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games overall.

Philadelphia is 13-5 ATS in their last 18 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.

The Eagles are 4-9-1 ATS in their last 14 games as a road favorite of 0.5-3.0.

The Eagles are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game.

The Bills are 0-6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as an underdog of 0.5-3.0.

The Bills are 3-10-1 ATS in their last 14 games as a home underdog.
