The Titans last week manhandled the New York Giants on the road by a score of 29-10.  Tennessee forced three turnovers during that game.

"This Tennessee defense, we play hard. We play physical," said safety Michael Griffin. "Look at the stats, they don't look pretty. Look at that score, it looks very nice. We did get in their heads a little bit."

Denver lost last weekend at home to the Indianapolis Colts by a score of 13-27. Even so, Kyle Orton threw for a career-best 476 yards on 37-of-57 passing and the Broncos outgained the Colts (2-1) by more than 150 yards.

Some important trends to consider before placing a bet on the Denver Broncos vs. Tennessee Titans game include:

Denver has won the last three in this series dating back to 2004.

The Broncos are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games following a S.U. loss.

The Broncos are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.

The Broncos are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 vs. AFC.

The Titans are 10-4 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.

The Titans are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a S.U. win.

Since 1996, as a home favorite of 3.5 to 7 points, Tennessee is 12-26.

With the Big 10 and PAC 12 officially cancelling their college football slate this fall, one has to wonder how this will impact the sportsbooks bottom line. Of course, attempts to play in the spring would likely more than make up for any losses down the road.

The Big 10 Presidents were set to meet at 10:30 am ET to discuss whether they will have fall football.  Should they decide not to, the Pac-12 is likely to follow.  Among the remaining three Power 5 teams, the Big 12 has stayed quiet while both the SEC and AAC are leaning more towards playing.  Throwing a monkey wrench into the situation, some Big 10 teams like Nebraska have said they are willing to play elsewhere should the conference cancel.
