The Copa America Final Uruguay Paraguay line had Uruguay as the -105 (or near even) odds favorite at BetDSI.com.

Paraguay would pay out $26.50 for every $10 bet.  The draw would pay out $22.50 for every $10 bet.

Paraguay booked its place in the final following a goalless draw and a 5-3 victory on penalties against Venezuela on Wednesday.

Venezuela twice hit the post in extra time but came up just short of reaching its first ever final in the South American championship.

"Today we played bad, we played good," said Paraguay's Nestor Ortigoza. "The important thing is we won."

Luis Suarez struck twice in three minutes as Uruguay beat Peru 2-0 on Tuesday to reach the Copa America final.

While Uruguay was among the favorites to win the 2011 Copa America early on, they had much longer odds than heavier favorites Argentina and Brazil.  Paraguay was a long shot to win.

The Copa America Final will take place July 24 and caps a fantastic month of football that included the Women’s World Cup.
