The sun is rising on what promises to be another amazing College Football season and I can tell you from talking to the folks at Sportsbook, the betting action is some of the best we have seen online in years leading up to the 2013 season.  I woke up this morning in my Fort Lauderdale condo to breathe in the fresh Atlantic air just after 6 am.  I could hardly contain myself….and I’m sure many of you Gambling911.com readers feel the same way.

I want to preface that these popular bets are the sides or totals getting the most action.  Occasionally there are games that get more wagering action than all others but betting is pretty much even on both sides.  Not so the case with some of these teams.

These are the schools that the bookmakers will essentially be rooting against.

Also you will notice that the New England Patriots are still seeing more action than most of Saturday’s Week 1 College Football slate.

These are the most bet from top to bottom.

New England is seeing 76 percent of the betting action for next Sunday against the Buffalo Bills as a -10.5 visiting favorite, which doesn’t say much for the Bills chances this season.

LSU were getting a crazy amount of wagers coming in at 85 percent when the line was -4 so this one has been pushed up to -6 at Sportsbook.com.

You just know people are going to bet on Alabama and who cares that the line is -22.5.  This one was at -19.5 and saw around 88 percent of the action from those betting this game.  Poor Georgia Tech is seeing little love.  Well, let me tell y’all something, the bookies are going to LOVE Georgia Tech if they manage to cover.

Georgia is seeing the most wagering action vs. Clemson.  They were getting 65 percent of the action in this game when the line was set at -2.  Sportsbook.com has moved it up to -2.5 in an effort to get some action on Clemson

With the books reacting to the public money, one can assume the oddsmakers believe these public favorites may actually come through.

They have even moved the line up on Ohio State from -34.5 to -35.5.  People are willing to lay money on this huge number, making the Buckeyes the 5th biggest bet of August 31.  Amazing!!!

Oklahoma State was seeing 85 percent of the public backing in their game against Mississippi State at -11, prompting the oddsmakers at Sportsbook.com to move the line to -13.

On behalf of Jenny Woo, Sparky Collins and the rest of the Gambling911.com crew I want to wish you all the best of luck this 2013 College Football season!!!!
