Who would have thought that an injury-riddled Cardinals team would lead this year’s NFC West, a division that features that reigning Super Bowl champion Seahawks?

And even more crazy, who would have imagined Arizona in a division that features Seattle and San Francisco would have the best record in the league?

These teams have split wins and losses over the past ten meetings.

The Cardinals are 7-1 Against The Spread in their last 8 road games and 12-2 ATS in their last 14 games following a Straight Up win.

The Seahawks are 7-2 Against The Spread in their last 9 games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous game, 15-6 ATS in their last 21 games following a ATS loss and are 15-6 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.

On the fantasy front, the Cards have limited opposing fantasy signal-callers to the third-fewest points per game since Week 6.  Seahawks starting QB Russell Wilson is an interesting fantasy pick in that he is the only top 40 rusher who is not a running back.

Speaking of rushing, Seattle’s Marshawn Lynch has rushed for 351 yards and six scores on attempts straight up the middle, both of which are the most of any player this season, according to ESPN Stats & Info.  But be forewarned, Lynch was held to 2.7 yards per carry on seven rushes up the middle against the Cardinals in a Week 16 loss last season and none were more than 5 yards.

Arizona’s Andre Ellington will face a Seattle team that has allowed the seventh-fewest rushing yards and sixth-lowest yards per carry on the season.

One has to consider the UNDER here.  It’s not our play per se but the fantasy trends suggest that’s the way this one is going.  The total on this game is 41.
