Cardinals-Broncos Betting Line – Week 5 Fantasy Value for Peyton Manning

The Cardinals-Broncos betting line had Denver at -7.5.  Some books had the line at -7.5 with Denver seeing 65% of the public backing.  The Vegas books were mostly holding at -7 Saturday while a few of the offshore books were offering this game at -8.  Arizona is one of only two undefeated teams coming into Week 3.

The Broncos come into this game 0-4 Against The Spread in their last 4 games overall but they are also 13-3 ATS in their last 16 home games after a bye week.  They are 17-5 Straight Up in its last 22 games.

Arizona is 6-1 SU in their last 7 games and 5-2 ATS in their last seven.

As a favorite of 3.5 to 9.5 point, Denver is 16-6 over the past three seasons.

The Broncos starting quarterback Peyton Manning sits atop the fantasy quarterback rankings, and with good reason.   He completed 31 of 49 passes for 303 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT against the Seahawks prior to the bye week despite the loss.

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians and team consultant Tom Moore have both coached Manning in the past and this could prove to be a negative for the Broncos starter.  Likewise, on paper at least, Manning does not appear to match up well against Arizona.
