Bucs Packers Spread

The Bucs Packers line was coming in at -14 in favor of Green Bay.  Tampa Bay will play in mild conditions at Lambeau Field Sunday afternoon.  Mild for Green Bay means the temperature will be slightly above freezing.  85 percent of those betting the spread were backing Green Bay.

Key Betting Tips

*Tampa Bay has beaten Green Bay outright in the last three games of this series dating back to 2005

*Green Bay could be looking ahead to Thanksgiving Day vs. division rival Detroit.

*The Bucs are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 road games against teams with winning records.

*Weather should not be a factor in this game.

We’re not prepared to say Tampa Bay will come in and beat the Packers on their own field, however….when you have a money line that pays out nearly $70 for every $10 wagered on a team that has won 3-0 in this series outright since 2005, it’s worth placing a small bet on the Bucs money line (Tampa Bay must win outright against a team that hasn’t lost yet this season).

The Bucs have dropped four of their last five, all against some of the best teams in the league.  During that stretch, they managed a win against New Orleans.

Green Bay may be looking ahead to playing Detroit on Thanksgiving Day, which gives them an abbreviated week.

The Buccaneers are 11-1 Against The Spread in their last 12 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.

The Buccaneers are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 road games.

The Bucs are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games as a road underdog.

The Packers are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

Green Bay is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 vs. NFC.

The Packers will always be a home favorite for the foreseeable future, but Against The Spread they are 12-3-1 and 6-2 ATS as a double-digit home favorite.  Three of those ATS wins were over the course of their last three home games.

None of the Packers road games were won by more than the current spread.  Tampa Bay plays on the road like they have home field advantage (i.e. the 12-3-1 ATS road record).

Gambling911.com will easily take Tampa Bay at +14 with a small bet on the money line.  You’ll want to wager at two different online sportsbooks if that’s the plan so we suggest…

BetOnline.com and BetDSI.com

Gambling911.com would like to stress that a money line wager should probably be just a small side bet but the reward would be fairly substantial if it does come through, so just some food for thought.  We LOVE Tampa covering the 14 point spread however.
