Browns vs. Bengals Spread

In a game that’s pretty meaningless, the Browns vs. Bengals spread was even, making betting on this game all the more enticing.

Gambling911.com has observed that there are two very strong trends in particular that favor Cleveland winning this game (and all they have to do is win, as opposed to cover).

The Bengals, who are technically the -1 point favorite, are 1-11 ATS as a favorite over the last 2 seasons.  They are also 0-8 ATS when playing against a team with a losing record over the last 2 seasons.  The Browns, meanwhile, are 15-3 ATS in their last 18 road games vs. a team with a losing home record.

Cleveland is 4-1 Against The Spread versus Cincinnati over the last 3 seasons as well, although Cincinnati has won outright in three of the last four games.  The Browns already beat the Bengals earlier in the season.

The Bengals have been absolutely hideous this season, losing their last 10 games.

The Browns, on the other hand, have played better than originally anticipated coming into this season.  Three more wins and Cleveland could finish at .500.  That won’t be easy with games against Baltimore and Pittsburgh the final two weeks.  One would expect Cleveland to show up strong vs. Cincinnati to ensure they win at least 1 of the 3 remaining games.

Over the last 7 games, Cleveland has won 4 games, three against teams with winning records.  Aside from the loss in Buffalo last week, the Browns other two losses were by 4 points and 6 points in overtime, respectively.

The Browns are 13-6 ATS in their last 19 vs. AFC.  The Bengals are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 vs. AFC.

Gambling911.com loves Cleveland in this game to win.
