Though much of the talk leading into the 2010 Week 1 College Football betting environ has centered on North Carolina facing LSU and the huge lopsided action heading the Tigers way, two other games – Boise State vs. Virginia Tech and UConn vs. Michigan – have now entered the “Top 5 Most Bet On” at BetUS.com Thursday night.

Boise State vs. Virginia Tech featured a line of Boise State -1 ½ at BetUS.com with early action about as balanced on both sides as you are going to see in a College Football game.  This is one Gambling911.com will be following closely for the next few days as game time comes Monday night.  The line opened at -2 ½ and BetUS.com was one of the few books offering the number at -1 ½, so be advised to jump on that line fast to lock in the -1 ½ since we suspect the move will go back up.

Connecticut vs. Michigan featured a line of Michigan Wolverines -3.  Michigan was getting just shy of 70 percent of the action in this game and we will probably see 60/40 in favor of the Wolverines come game time.  This is a Saturday afternoon affair.  The line opened Michigan -3 and trending is towards -2 ½.

In regard to UConn vs. Michigan, the Huskies are 7-0 ATS in their last seven road games and 12-2 ATS overall. Compare that with the Wolverines who are just 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall and the edge certainly goes towards Connecticut in this one.

Boise State vs. Virginia Tech will be the most bet on game of the weekend in College Football.  The Broncos are 7-1 ATS in their last eight non-conference games.

Boise State is an outrageous (and unbetable) -4000 to win the WAC Conference at BetUS.com.  They are slightly favored to win UNDER 11 regular season games at -135.  Virginia Tech was a big -160 favorite to win OVER 9 regular season games.
