Bills vs. Bears Betting Odds – 2014 Week 1 NFL

BetDSI.com has your Bills vs. Bears betting odds for the 2014 Week 1 NFL.  All odds can be found here.

The Chicago Bears are favored by a touchdown against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday in Week 1 action. The Buffalo Bills come into this game with an inconsistent offense so they may have trouble trading points with the potent offense of the Chicago Bears led by Jay Cutler. The Chicago Bears were the top scoring team in the NFC a year ago but they still missed out of the playoffs because of their poor defense that ranked next to last in the league in points allowed.

The Chicago Bears look similar to what they were last season when they scored about 30 points per game and allowed almost 30 points per game. The offense is potent with Jay Cutler throwing to wide receivers Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey and Matt Forte running the ball but the defense is weak. The team did add Jared Allen but they lost Julius Peppers so they gained nothing in that exchange. The team does have Lance Briggs healthy so they may be a little better on defense but they still are going to give up a ton of points this season.

If the Buffalo Bills are going to win this season then they must get good play from quarterback E.J. Manuel. He was inconsistent a year ago and the team struggled. The team has some talented players around Manuel in C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson and rookie Sammy Watkins so if Manuel plays well there is hope the offense can be good.

Aiyuk-Deebo Trade Odds and ROY Shift

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
