Bengals Odds Unchanged With T.O. Addition: Great Value

Terrell Owens Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals odds were listed at 3/1 pre-Terrell Owens joining the team to win the AFC North.  Sportsbetting.com had removed the odds on the Bengals while keeping the other three divisional teams intact.  When the odds were republished, they remained at 3/1.

Of course it wouldn’t be Terrell Owens without a circus (even if he was mighty quiet last season in Buffalo). Owens missed an overnight flight that would have brought him to town early Thursday, allowing for a proper introduction. Instead, he took a later flight, arrived less than an hour before an evening practice and decided to suit up with fans cheering him from the stands.

With Carson Palmer soon to be throwing to two future Hall of Fame receiving targets, the other being Chad Ochocinco, Gambling911.com feels there is great value in betting on the Bengals to win what should be a very competitive AFC North division at an outstanding price of 3/1 ($30 paid out for every $10 bet).

Despite the enormous egos of both T.O. and Ocho, neither has had any “off the field” issues.  The same can’t be said for the Pittsburgh Steelers Ben Roethlisberger who is suspended for at least four games to start the season, a result of league misconduct during the offseason.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?

Bet on Jared Verse Draft Position

Jared Verse had an over/under selection number of 15.5 with CBS Sports believing the Florida State EDGE will be chosen by the Seattle Seahawks at No. 16.
