The Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers spread opened at Steelers -1 ½.  They were currently the -2 ½ point favorites at home.  The action was relatively even here though Pittsburgh had a 55/45 public edge.

The Steelers last week improved to 3-0 with a big win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In his first start since 2007, Charlie Batch threw for 186 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions helping the Steelers get the most points in a game (38 total) since facing the Chargers in Week 4 of the 2009 season.

Also assisting was Mike Wallace, who tallied 100 yards receiving on just three catches and scored touchdowns of 41 and 46 yards while Rashard Mendenhall had his fifth 100-yard rushing day, going for 143 yards and a touchdown for Pittsburgh.

The Ravens, meanwhile, improved to 2-1 after beating Cleveland last week.

Anquan Boldin caught three touchdowns for the second time in his career. He was one shy of Marcus Robinson's single-game Ravens record set in 2003.

Joe Flacco threw for 262 yards and three TDs, his third career game with at least three TD passes.
