The Atlanta Falcons were made the new favorite to win the 2016 NFC South at -160 with the struggling Carolina Panthers at 2-1 odds.  The Falcons opened the season just under 6-1 odds of winning this division.

It wasn’t just a 48-33 victory in Week 4 that helped boost the Falcons street cred, Matt Ryan and Julio Jones managed to shatter records and, in doing so, made plenty of Daily Fantasy NFL players mighty happy.

Ryan passed for a team-record 503 yards and four touchdowns while Jones had 12 receptions for a Falcons-record 300 yards.

The Falcons began the day leading the NFL in scoring and total offense.

"It's early, and every game is championship week, but the division games are big games," Pro cornerback Desmond Trufant said following the game. "That's the easiest way to get into the playoffs is owning the division. That's what Coach [Dan] Quinn, that's been his message: owning the division. We just have to continue to do that.

"I mean, we're just trying to play our style of ball. It's always a battle in the division, but we're just playing our style. And we're getting results."

New Orleans was listed at 12-1, Tampa Bay 20-1.

DR Congo has 1 point and likely needs a win to have a realistic shot at advancing as a third-place team. Uzbekistan has 0 points and must win to stay alive. A draw probably eliminates Uzbekistan and likely does very little for DR Congo.
