That is just the third time in franchise history they have been shutout in the first quarter while allowing 21 points or more.

"We're 5-4 now," Chiefs center Casey Wiegmann said. "We blew a game in Houston. We blew a game in Oakland. We could be way out in front, but it's not what it is. We're tied for the AFC West [with the Raiders] and we have work to do."

While the Chiefs have fared well following a Straight Up loss recently, they have had a tough go of things as a favorite where they are 1-9-1 ATS in their last 11 games.
