Andrew Luck Week 13 Fantasy Projections Lean Towards Blowout Colts Win for Betto

In the world of Daily Fantasy Sports, the Indianapolis Colts starting quarterback Andrew Luck is being touted as the Week 13 “Must Play” despite his hefty price tag of around $10,000.

For gamblers, the analysis of Luck makes it a little bit easier to swallow that Colts 9-point home line found at a handful of books like BetOnline.agBe mindful that a number of books were offering Indianapolis at -10.

RotoWorld writes of Luck:

Simply put, he’s the top fantasy QB taking on a Washington team that has given up the 3rd most fantasy points to opposing QB’s. It’s no secret that Indianapolis loves to air it out (61% of plays), and I’m expecting them to attack Washington’s secondary in the vertical passing game. The Redskins have given up 250+ pass yards in five of their last six games, and I can’t envision a scenario where Luck falls short of that number.

One cannot discount the Skins Alfred Morris factor as the Colts have surrendered 19.4 fantasy points per game to backs since Week 7, fifth most over that span, and Morris has been a ray of light on this otherwise horrid Redskins squad.  Washington, incidentally, allows the 4th fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.

That should be offset by the Redskins surrendering of 22.2 fantasy points per game to opposing receiving corps, ninth most in the league, and this of course bodes extremely well for TY Hilton.

If nothing else, the OVER 50.5 will likely tempt gamblers when we consider these fantasy factors.  The OVER is 10-3 in Colts last 13 games overall.

The Redskins will come into this game an abysmal 2-11-4 Against The Spread in their last 17 games after accumulating less than 150 yards passing in their previous game.  They are also 2-9 ATS in their last 11 games following a ATS win.

The Colts have taken care of teams with a losing record, going 17-4 Against The Spread in their last 21 games against clubs that were under .500.
