The AFC South odds for 2013 once again have the Houston Texans as a pretty big favorite at 1-2 but Indianapolis certainly has value at close to 3-1 odds.

The Tennessee Titans are one of those teams that could always surprise in any given season, probably just not this one.  They come into 2013 with 9/1 odds of winning the AFC South.

Forget Jacksonville unless you love big long shots that don’t have a shot.  The Jaguars would pay out 30/1 odds with a division win.  They are widely expected to be the worst team in the league this season.
