Both teams have 10-2 records coming into this one.  Washington is 7-5 Against The Spread while Penn State is 7-4-1 ATS.

Penn State should be a -4.5 favorite according to the College Football Betting Power Ratings. 

Penn State has enjoyed a wonderful history in the Fiesta Bowl and the ninth-ranked Nittany Lions will try to stay perfect in the event.

The Nittany Lions are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game.

It has tie-ins with At-large/Group of Five and will offer a $17 million payout. The Fiesta Bowl is an American college football bowl game played annually at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
