The Patriots opened as 3/1 favorites to win the 2012 Super Bowl.  Heading into the Playoffs, New England was listed at 2 to 1.  They made it in earlier in the day following a 3 point defeat of the Baltimore Ravens.

With just seconds left, the Ravens attempted a 32 yard field goal to bring the game into overtime, down by just three points, but it was missed wide left.

With just 5:39 left in the NFC Championship game, the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants were tied at 17 points apiece.  This one ultimately went into overtime.

The Giants forced a turnover with 9:32 left in overtime, giving New York field goal position.  That sealed the deal with Lawrence Tynes making the field goal.
