Haynes is a transfer from Michigan, and all signs point to him opening the season as the starter in the Yellow Jackets' backfield. He suffered a foot injury that cut his 2025 season short, but before that, he was excellent when available for the Wolverines. In seven games, he rushed 121 times for 857 yards and 10 touchdowns while also adding 13 catches for 50 yards.
