High Point upsetting Purdue in this year's NCAA Tournament would pay out just shy of $300 for every $100 bet on the moneyline.

Winners of their last 14 games, Purdue cannot afford to take High Point lightly.

Bobby Pettiford scored 17 points off the bench and High Point rallied from a 15-point second half deficit to defeat Winthrop 81-69 in the Big South Championship title game on Sunday, giving the Panthers their first trip to the NCAA Tournament.

Pettiford comes into the game against Purdue with a scoring total over/under of 9.5, nearly half of what he scored against Winthrop.

High Point had 50 points scored off their bench, including 44 in the second half. In addition to Pettiford’s 17 points, Abdoulaye Thiam had 12 points, Benham had eight points and 10 rebounds, and Terry Anderson added eight points. Kezza Giffa, who scored 16 points, was the only starter with more than six points.

CBS college basketball analyst Seth Davis is already picking a major upset for this year's NCAA Tournament, and it involves Purdue. He believes the Boilermakers will be eliminated in the first round of March Madness.
