When Can I Bet Using the Draftkings App From Inside Alabama

This is not a state that will be legalizing online sports betting any time soon as Alabama is not exactly the most gambling-friendly state.

The irony in this of course is that Alabama has one of the most rabid College Football fan bases in the country with the Crimson Tide (and to a lesser but still impactful extent, Auburn).  The Tigers made waves in College Basketball by advancing to the 2019 Final Four.

Plenty of Betting Beyond College Football

While college football may be king in Alabama, the state also produces some pretty good college basketball teams.

In 2022, Auburn, Alabama and UAB were all in the mix heading into the Big Dance.

The Tide opened the 2022-23 season with 40-1 odds to go all the way while Auburn had odds of 60-1.  Both were playing well to kick off January 2023.

Klay Thompson Next Team Odds

Tuesday night was likely Klay Thompson's last game as a Golden State Warrior.  Next stop?  Orlando, assuming the oddsmakers are correct.
