In 2022, Churchill Downs Incorporated entered in a multi-year agreement that brings pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing to DraftKings. with CDI’s subsidiary, TwinSpires, providing advance deposit wagering (“ADW”) technology to DraftKings.

DraftKings is hoping to have the app available in at least 31 states. So far they have fallen short of that goal.
