At this point in the NBA Regular Season, pay per head agents can pretty much add any game they wish to promoted parlays. Odds makers create competitive, sharp lines, that allow bookies to add whatever games they please.

- Only pay a single point above the usual 4-team parlay, i.e., instead of 11/1, make the payout 12/1
- Don’t allow bettors to add other teams or moneyline wagers into any parlay bets.
