While the Cavaliers only have four losses and Louisville only has three Straight Up, Virginia has a 7-11 record Against The Spread coming into this game while the Cardinals are at .500.

Furthermore, Louisville has struggled to cover the spread in recent games, going 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games overall.  Virginia hasn’t fared much better, failing to cover in six of their last seven games overall.

The home team won in both 2015 matchups (the only recent meetings between these two teams).  Virginia and Louisville split wins but neither was won by more than the current spread of 5

Action is balanced on both sides.
