Villanova vs. Louisville odds opened at Cardinals -2 and has since shot up to -3 at SBG Global.  The action was even on this game, which goes off Monday, 7:00 pm Eastern - ESPN

It will be a "Whiteout" on Monday night too.  Louisville is urging fans to wear white and they will be selling white T-shirts for the game. Even head coach Rick Pitino will be wearing a white suit.  The NCAA Basketball Betting game should be a great one as both teams are 3-0 in the Big East. Villanova is 14-1 and ranked 6th in the country while Louisville is the defending Big East champs.

Louisville has not been tested in the conference with wins over Providence, South Florida and St. John's.  That will change on Monday against the Wildcats. "This is a good game to see where we're at," Louisville guard Preston Knowles said. Louisville has won seven of eight but really doesn't have a signature win.  Edgar Sosa scored 26 points against Providence but came off the bench in the win over St. John's.  They will need Sosa to have a big game and for other players to step up to contain a very talented Villanova team.  "They are very difficult to play against," Pitino said. "I think they have nine guards."

Villanova got guard Reggie Redding back from suspension five games ago and have won every game with him in the lineup.  That includes two tough wins over Marquette. "We have great respect for Villanova the way they play," Pitino said. "They play every possession hard, they don't get beat on loose balls. They are great with their hands. We've had great battles with them and this will be another one."

The key on Monday could be which team has energy. Both played on Saturday so the advantage could be to the home team although Villanova will be ready. "We'll be fired up to play," Villanova head coach Jay Wright said, "It's easy to get your guys fired up." The Wildcats are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 Monday games. The Wildcats are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 NCAA Basketball Betting games overall. The Wildcats are 0-5 ATS in the last 5 meetings against Louisville.

The Cardinals are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 Monday games. The Cardinals are 42-13-2 ATS in their last 57 vs. the Big East.

The Over is 8-1 in the Wildcats last 9 overall. The Over is 4-1 in the Wildcats last 5 road games. The Over is 5-2 in the Wildcats last 7 vs. the Big East. The Over is 5-1 in the Cardinals last 6 home games. The Under is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings between the two teams.
