The Texas Southern vs. North Carolina Central betting line opened at Texas Southern (Tigers) -4.  Scroll Down for More

Texas Southern is back in the NCAA tournament for the fourth time in the last five seasons.

ESPN.com writes of the Tigers:

With former Indiana head coach Mike Davis (2002 Final Four) manning the sidelines, as well as a 7-foot-2 rim protector and a 5-foot-7 point guard who shoots lights out, the Tigers stand out more than most SWAC teams. After stealing a bid in the SWAC tournament, can they cap a 15-19 season with the school's first ever NCAA victory?

While Texas Southern can be vulnerable on defense, they have one of the best free throw percentages in the nation.

NC Central, meanwhile, is back in the tournament for the third time in five seasons.

Forty-one percent of the Eagles scoring comes from its bench, one of the highest figures in the country.  Very few teams possess the rotation depth of the Eagles, which makes it challenging for opponents to prepare for matchups.

The Eagles, however, turn the ball over on nearly 21 percent of their possessions.

Klay Thompson Next Team Odds

Tuesday night was likely Klay Thompson's last game as a Golden State Warrior.  Next stop?  Orlando, assuming the oddsmakers are correct.
