Texas Southern vs. Arizona Betting Line: Wildcats Odds to Win the NCAA Title

The Texas Southern vs. Arizona betting line was available at BetPhoenix.ag.  The Wildcats odds of winning the 2015 NCAA Title Championship were set at 8-1.

Arizona is a big -23 favorite to win Thursday’s matchup against Texas Southern.

ESPN.com had this to offer regarding the Wildcats chances of winning it all:

If it weren't for historic defensive seasons from Virginia and Kentucky, more people would be talking about how Sean Miller -- after losing the two best defenders (Aaron Gordon and Nick Johnson) from the best defense in the country a season ago -- has managed to make the Wildcats even more impenetrable on the defensive end. It is extremely difficult to score in the interior against Arizona's defense, and no team allows fewer second-chance opportunities. Meanwhile, the Wildcats are led by a savvy passing point guard T.J McConnell, three super-athletic, veteran forwards Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Brandon Ashley, Kaleb Tarczewski and freshman Stanley Johnson, who rebounds, locks up on defense, and bum-rushes opposing defenses with downhill drives -- and usually ends up at the free throw line. Miller was a bucket away from the Final Four last March. This team is better.

The Tigers, meanwhile, have won at Kansas State and Michigan State this season, which says a lot.

The Wildcats are 13-3 Against The Spread in their last 16 games following a Straight Up win and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 NCAA Tournament games.
