Victor Wembanyama

The San Antonio Spurs made the playoffs for 22 straight years, but that streak ended in the 2019-20 season.

That six-year streak of not making the playoffs will end this year, and we may see another 20+ straight playoff appearances for the Spurs.

Victor Wembanyama is dominating on both sides of the court, and San Antonio’s guards are awesome. The Spurs now have the second-best record, and they have beaten the Thunder in four out of five games this season.

They need to be taken seriously despite the lack of playoff experience.

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag are certainly taking them seriously as the Spurs have passed the Nuggets, and they are tied with the Celtics for the second-best odds to win the NBA title.

Additionally, Wemby has passed Nikola Jokic for second place in the MVP odds.
